Red Hook Theatre Project Monday Night

Falconworks Artists Group, our friends from around the corner in the Houses, has a show coming up this Monday, October 12th at PS 15 in Red Hook.  The performance will mark the culmination of a three-day series of intensive workshops in the theatrical techniques of director/writer/giant influence on DTE, Augosto Boal.

“The Red Hook Theatre Project” will put together over twenty residents of Red Hook, ages 18 and up, as they create theatre about real life situations and issues, and let the audience participate through the structure of “forum theatre.”

Check out the show- 7pm, 71 Sullivan Street, for some awesome theatre- and when you’re there admire the nifty white folding chairs straight out of DTE’s space- we braved the unbelievably windy wind to get them to you!
