BWAC’s 17th Annual Spring Pier Show

“The Color of Hope” opens tomorrow and will be at BWAC until June 14.  Don’t wait to check it out, though, because they’ve got some great stuff planned for this weekend’s opening.  From the BWAC website:

Our opening weekend festivities include a Meet the Artists reception on Saturday with music by The Loose Marbles, a traditional New Orleans street band, 3PM. The celebration continues on Sunday, with jazz guitarist Ron Jackson.

Featured artist for this show is Renee Radenberg, who creates objects of beauty of recycled scrap glass and metal.

The show is completely FREE, and the gallery is open from 1-6pm on weekends.

And if all that wasn’t enough for you?  Come by to see DTE’s Got Dot? Project in action, as we set up a table for our community art project in the BWAC space.
